District 1 Pacifica, CA
Pacifica’s District 1 is the northernmost district of the five Pacifica districts.
City Council district-based elections were established in 2018 as part of a mandate to convert all municipalities to geographically representative districts rather than the previous at-large basis. This change could ensure further equitability and representative governance for each neighborhood.
