District 1 Pre-Election Mailer
Happy Thanksgiving!
Happy Thanksgiving! I want to thank the many individuals who helped me during my campaign for District 1: my campaign team, supporters, District 1 voters, and neighbors who hosted my yard signs. Thank you for your incredible support throughout this campaign; your encouragement and belief in my vision for Pacifica District 1 means so much to me.
District 1, Pacifica, is our home. I am here to represent you. Thank you for making this journey truly rewarding.
I am preparing for the next chapter, and I will work hard to enhance our parks, improve community engagement and neighborhood safety, advocate to keep open spaces for our community to enjoy, finish repaving the streets, get a restroom in Fairmont Park, and ensure that every voice in District 1 is heard.
Challenges are ahead, but I’m excited and optimistic about the future and the fantastic things we can achieve together! Thank you once again for standing by me. Let’s continue to make Pacifica a wonderful place to live for all!
With gratitude,
Mayra Espinosa
With your support in this upcoming election, I will focus on:
Affordable Housing: Leveraging my real estate expertise, I will propose and implement creative solutions to our housing crisis, ensuring our families have a decent and safe place to live.
Economic Development: Supporting local businesses to thrive and contribute to the local economy while attracting new investment opportunities.
Community Engagement: My experience as a volunteer with local organizations has taught me the importance of the power of community collaboration.
Environmental Issues: Protecting our coastline while addressing climate change impacts.
Infrastructure Improvement: Advocating for improvements in roads, parks, and public spaces while being financially responsible.
My diverse background and deep community roots uniquely position me to bridge perspectives and find innovative solutions for a better future. It would be a privilege to serve as your representative on the City Council!

" Imagine living in a community where diversity thrives, every voice matters, and neighbors work together to create a brighter future. This is the vision I have for District 1 in Pacifica."

District 1 Pacifica, CA
City Council district-based elections were established in 2018 as part of a mandate to convert all municipalities to geographically representative districts rather than the previous at-large basis. This change could ensure further equitability and representative governance for each neighborhood.
“District 1 of Pacifica, where every voice matters, may our community’s spirit rise like the coastal fog, embracing all cultures and pushing for a better community. Together, we can turn 19 votes into a tidal wave of change.”
